Currypulver und Cayennepfeffer hinzugeben und mitschwitzen, mit Orangensaft abl\u00f6schen. Etwas gek\u00f6rnte Br\u00fche einr\u00fchren und dann alles aufkochen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Sternanis abschmecken. Eventuell mit Wasser verd\u00fcnnen.<br \/>\n<em>Selbstgemachte Pommes:<\/em><br \/>\n8 Ofenkartoffeln in ca. 3 x 3 cm dicke und 8 cm lange Streifen schneiden. Die Kartoffelst\u00e4be in kochendem Salzwasser 2-4 min blanchieren.
