In einen Topf mit der dreifachen Gewichtsmenge kaltem Wasser geben, mit etwas Salz w\u00fcrzen, den Topf mit einem Deckel verschliessen und auf dem Herd zum Kochen bringen.<br \/>\nDie Hitze reduzieren und den Reis f\u00fcnfzehn Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. K\u00fcrbis abwaschen, halbieren, entkernen und in ca. zwei cm grosse W\u00fcrfel schneiden. (Der Hockaidok\u00fcrbis muss nicht gesch\u00e4lt werden.) Karotte und Sellerie waschen, sch\u00e4len und in 1_cm grosse W\u00fcrfel<br \/>\nschneiden. Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und fein schneiden, Lauch gut waschen, putzen und in feine Ringe schneiden. In einem Topf mit Butter Zwiebeln und Lauch anschwitzen. K\u00fcrbis und Gem\u00fcsew\u00fcrfel zugeben,mit Curry best\u00e4uben und mit Br\u00fche auff\u00fcllen.Ca. f\u00fcnfzehn Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die K\u00fcrbisw\u00fcrfel weich sind, dabei immer wieder umr\u00fchren. Ei, Mehl, Salz und Milch zu einem recht dicken Teig verr\u00fchren. Den gekochten, gut abgetropften Reis mit dem Teig und den frisch fein gehackten Petersilienblaettern mischen, dabei mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nIn einer Pfanne Butterschmalz erhitzen, mit einem Essl\u00f6ffel Reisteigmasse zu kleinen Pl\u00e4tzchen in die Pfanne geben und diese von beiden Seiten ausbacken. Das Curry mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken.
