Durchkneten und mit sehr kaltem Wasser benetzen.<br \/>\nZu einer Kugel formen und 30 Minuten an einem kalten Ort gehen lassen. Den Teig drei Mal ausrollen, damit er sch\u00f6n glatt und geschmeidig wird. Dann eine gefettete und leicht mit Mehl best\u00e4ubte Kuchenform mit dem Teig auslegen und den Boden mit der Gabel mehrmals einstechen. Die Apfelviertel auf dem Boden verteilen, leicht mit Zucker  bestreuen und bei 180 Grad (Gas Stufe 6) in den Backofen schieben. Nach ungef\u00e4hr 30 Minuten, sobald die \u00c4pfel weich sind, mit der Creme begie\u00dfen und weitere 15 Minuten backen.
