In einer beschichteten Pfanne Paprika, Zwiebel und Knoblauch in der H\u00e4lfte vom \u00d6l glasig werden lassen, dann die Maisk\u00f6rner f\u00fcnf Minuten mitschmoren. Einen Teil der Petersilie zugeben. In einer Sch\u00fcssel die Eier verschlagen, pfeffern und salzen. Gem\u00fcsemischung abgek\u00fchlt unterr\u00fchren. Restliches \u00d6l in der gereinigten Pfanne erhitzen, die Masse hineingiessen und bei milder Hitze von jeder Seite etwa drei Minuten braten.
