Den Boden der Terrinenform mit Kekse auslegen, eine Schicht Pudding<br \/>\ndar\u00fcber ziehen, abwechselnd weiter einschichten, bis die Terrine gut gef\u00fcllt ist. Die Terrine mit Klarsichtfolie abdecken. Vier bis f\u00fcnf 5 Stunden &#8211; oder am besten \u00fcber Nacht &#8211; kalt stellen. Danach mit braunem Zucker bestreuen, mit kleiner Gaspistole abfl\u00e4mmen. Vanillejoghurt mit 2 EL Sahne glatt r\u00fchren, als Spiegel auf flachem<br \/>\nTeller angie\u00dfen. Vom Pudding mit einem L\u00f6ffel 2 gro\u00dfe Nocken abstechen, auf den Spiegel setzen.
