Die Pilze putzen, nur wenn n\u00f6tig waschen, ebenfalls klein schneiden. Auch die Zwiebeln w\u00fcrfeln. Knoblauch fein hacken, Chilis winzig w\u00fcrfeln und den getrockneten Majoran zwischen den Fingern zerreiben. Alles zusammenmischen, w\u00fcrzen und wie im Rezept &#8222;Mittelmeergem\u00fcse im Folienpaket&#8220; angegeben in Folie packen. Dabei mit Oliven\u00f6l<br \/>\nbetr\u00e4ufeln und weiter verfahren, wie beschrieben.<br \/>\nTipp: Der getrocknete Majoran ist intensiver als der frische, deshalb ist es gut, wenn man beides zugleich verwendet.
