Die Fr\u00fcchte in einem Sieb abtropfen, Sud auffangen. Den Sud mit der Zimtstange zur\u00fcck in den Topf und bei starker Hitze bis auf etwa die H\u00e4lfte einkochen lassen. Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len. Die Zimtstange aus dem Sud entfernen. Die Chilisauce und das \u00d6l in den Sud einr\u00fchren.
