Tomaten waschen, aush\u00f6hlen und das Fruchtfleisch fein hacken. Aus den Zutaten einen geschmeidigen Hefeteig kneten. Abgedeckt mindestens 30 min ruhen lassen.<br \/>\n2. Dann in 10 kleine Teigst\u00fccke teilen, zu ca. 15 cm langen Rollen formen und der L\u00e4nge nach platt dr\u00fccken.<br \/>\n3. Emmentaler 1 x 1cm gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel schneiden.
