Kerngeh\u00e4use mit einem Apfel-Ausstecher entfernen und die \u00c4pfel in gut 1 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden.<br \/>\n2. Apfelscheiben in die Grill-Pfanne legen. Calvados mit Honig verr\u00fchren und die Apfelscheiben damit betr\u00e4ufeln.<br \/>\n3. Rosinen und Mandelstifte dar\u00fcber verteilen.<br \/>\n4. Zitronenmelisse waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln, Bl\u00e4tter abzupfen und \u00fcber die \u00c4pfel streuen.<br \/>\n5.
