Die Paprikaschoten putzen, entkernen, waschen und das Fruchtfleisch in St\u00fccke schneiden. Die Champignons mit K\u00fcchenkrepp abreiben.<br \/>\nAuberginen, Zucchini, Paprikaschoten und Champignons abwechselnd auf die vier Holzspie\u00dfe stecken. Aus Currypulver, Paprikapulver, den gehackten Kr\u00e4utern und dem<br \/>\nKeim\u00f6l eine Marinade r\u00fchren und mit Jodsalz und Pfeffer aus der M\u00fchle w\u00fcrzen. Die Gem\u00fcsespie\u00dfe von allen Seiten mit der Marinade einstreichen. Die Gem\u00fcsespie\u00dfe auf einem hei\u00dfen Severin-Elektrogrill bei mittlerer Hitze rundherum grillen. Das Baguettebrot in schr\u00e4ge Scheiben schneiden, mit Knoblauchbutter (zwei sch\u00f6ne Scheiben abschneiden und beiseite legen) bestreichen und auf dem Grill erhitzen. Die Zitrone halbieren und den Zitronensaft \u00fcber die Gem\u00fcsespie\u00dfe tr\u00e4ufeln. Die Salatbl\u00e4tter kalt abbrausen, trocken schleudern, auf die beiden Teller legen und je eine Scheibe Meggle Knoblauchbutter darauf<br \/>\nsetzen.<br \/>\n<em>Anrichten:<\/em><br \/>\nDie Gem\u00fcsespie\u00dfe dazu anrichten und das Knoblauchbaguette dazu reichen.
