Die Baiser in einen Plastikbeutel geben und von Hand zerdr\u00fccken. Die Baiser-St\u00fcckchen unter den Rahm mischen.<br \/>\nDie beiseite gelegten Erdbeeren waschen, in kleine St\u00fcckchen schneiden und ebenfalls unter den Rahm mischen. Die Parfaitmasse in eine mit Klarsichtfolie ausgelegte Cakeform giessen, glattstreichen und w\u00e4hrend ca. 5-6 Stunden gefrieren lassen. F\u00fcr den Erdbeersalat die Beeren waschen, r\u00fcsten, in Scheiben schneiden und in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben. Zitronensaft und Zucker beigeben und alles mischen.<br \/>\nPfeffer (4-5 Umdrehungen mit der M\u00fchle) beif\u00fcgen, vermischen und 1-2 Stunden gut durchziehen lassen.
