Von dem entstehenden Saft 1\/8 l abmessen und mit Joghurt, Honig und Orangenlik\u00f6r verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nDie Erdbeeren waschen, entstielen und vier Erdbeeren zur Seite legen. Die restlichen in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden, mit dem Handr\u00fchrer unter den Joghurt r\u00fchren. Die Gelatine einweichen und mit dem Erdbeerjoghurt vermischen, dann ca. 45 Minuten kalt stellen.<br \/>\nDie Sahne schlagen und unter die gelierende Creme heben.
