Orangenhaut in feine Streifen schneiden, in hei\u00dfem Wasser 3-4 Minuten abkochen und zu den Erdbeeren geben.<br \/>\nGelatine in kaltem Wasser einweichen. Orangenschnaps mit der H\u00e4lfte des Rieslings in einem Topf erw\u00e4rmen. Ausgedr\u00fcckte Gelatine dazugeben und den Rest vom Riesling.<br \/>\nDie Gelatine mu\u00df sich gut aufl\u00f6sen. Den Boden der Portionsf\u00f6rmchen d\u00fcnn mit dem Gelee ausgie\u00dfen und im K\u00fchlschrank erstarren lassen &#8211; ca. 20-25 Minuten. Nun die Erdbeeren in die F\u00f6rmchen einschichten. Mit Riesling-Gelee aufgie\u00dfen und f\u00fcr mindestens 12 Stunden in den K\u00fchlschrank geben. Die F\u00f6rmchen st\u00fcrzen und mit Creme fraiche-Spiegel und etwas Erdbeerp\u00fcree servieren.<br \/>\nWer m\u00f6chte, schneidet die Orangen zu Filets und legt sie dekorativ in einem Klecks Creme fraiche.<br \/>\nDie Creme fraiche vorher mit etwas s\u00fc\u00dfer Sahne glattr\u00fchren.
