{"id":1900,"date":"2011-06-05T19:48:43","date_gmt":"2011-06-05T19:48:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wissen.science-and-fun.de\/kochen\/?p=1900"},"modified":"2011-06-05T19:48:43","modified_gmt":"2011-06-05T19:48:43","slug":"erdbeerkuchen-mit-mandelfullung","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wissen.science-and-fun.de\/kochen\/2011\/06\/05\/erdbeerkuchen-mit-mandelfullung\/","title":{"rendered":"Erdbeerkuchen mit Mandelf\u00fcllung"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>M\u00fcrbeteig<\/em><br \/>\n20 g  Mehl<br \/>\n50 g  Puderzucker<br \/>\n100 g  Butter, kalt<br \/>\n2 Eigelb<br \/>\n1 Vanillezucker oder etwas Mark aus einer Vanilleschote<br \/>\n1 EL kaltes Wasser<br \/>\n1 Prise Salz<br \/>\n<em>F\u00fcllung<\/em><br \/>\n50 g  Butter, weich<br \/>\n75 g  Puderzucker<br \/>\n100 g  Marzipan<br \/>\n2 Eier<br \/>\n100 g  Mandeln, gemahlen<br \/>\n40 g  Mehl<br \/>\n1 TL Backpulver, gestrichen<br \/>\n<em>Belag<\/em><br \/>\n750 g  Erdbeeren<br \/>\n400 ml Rhabarbersaft<br \/>\n2 P\u00e4ckchen roter Tortenguss<br \/>\n4 EL Zucker <\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\nF\u00fcr den Teig das Mehl in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit dem Salz und dem Puderzucker mischen. Butterflocken dazugeben und alles zu einer br\u00f6seligen Masse verarbeiten. Die Eigelbe, Vanille und das Wasser dazugeben und alles zu einem glatten Teig kneten. Mindestens 1\/2 Stunde kalt stellen.<br \/>\nDen Teig auswellen und eine Kuchenform mit 24 cm Durchmesser damit auslegen. Den Boden mit einer Gabel einstechen. Nun den Boden mit dem Teig und Backpapier auslegen und mit getrockneten Bohnen f\u00fcllen. In einem vorgeheizten Ofen bei 200 \u00baC f\u00fcr 10 Minuten backen. Dann die Bohnen und das Papier entfernen und nochmals f\u00fcr<br \/>\n10 Minuten backen.<br \/>\nDie weiche Butter und den Puderzucker zu einer hellen Masse schlagen. Marzipan fein zerbr\u00f6seln und unter die Masse schlagen. Es sollte eine m\u00f6glichst glatte Masse sein. Die Eier nach und nach unter die Marzipanmasse ziehen. Zuletzt die Mandeln und das<br \/>\nBackpulver unterheben. Die Mandelmasse gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf den vorgebackenen Teigboden verteilen und w\u00e4hrend 20-25 Minuten fertig backen. Erdbeeren waschen, putzen und je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe halbieren oder vierteln. Saft, Tortenguss und Zucker verr\u00fchren und aufkochen.<br \/>\nDie Erdbeeren vorsichtig untermischen und auf den Kuchen geben. Eine Stunde kalt stellen.
