Man braucht daf\u00fcr marinierte Erdbeeren, wie im Grundrezept beschrieben. Die H\u00e4lfte davon wird mit Quark vermischt, der mit steif geschlagener s\u00fc\u00dfer Sahne aufgelockert wurde. Das wird dann<br \/>\nabwechselnd in hohe Gl\u00e4ser geschichtet, aus denen man sich mit langen L\u00f6ffeln durch die einzelnen Schichten i\u00dft. Die Erdbeeren putzen, wenn n\u00f6tig waschen, entkelchen, schlie\u00dflich w\u00fcrfeln (knapp zentimetergross). Mit etwas Orangensaft, abgeriebener Schale und Lik\u00f6r sowie zwei Essl\u00f6ffeln Zucker w\u00fcrzen. Die Sahne mit dem restlichen Zucker steif schlagen und mit Quark oder Frischk\u00e4se verr\u00fchren. Nach Gusto zus\u00e4tzlich s\u00fc\u00dfen und mit etwas Orangenschale w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nJetzt die zwei bis drei Massen \u00fcbereinander in hohe Gl\u00e4ser schichten, zuoberst die weisse Schicht, die mit einer Erdbeerh\u00e4lfte verziert wird.
