Danach jede Erdbeere &#8222;k\u00f6pfen&#8220;, d.h. vom oberen Ende ein Scheibchen glatt abschneiden. von dieser Ebene ausgehend die Erdbeeren bis zur unteren H\u00e4lfte mit einem kleinen Melonenb\u00e4llchenausstecher oder einem scharfen Messerchen aush\u00f6hlen.<br \/>\n<em>Zur F\u00fcllung:<\/em><br \/>\nMascarpone, Amaretto und Honig in einem Sch\u00e4lchen leicht verr\u00fchren, keineswegs zulange r\u00fchren. Die F\u00fcllmasse in einen Spritzbeutel mit Sternt\u00fclle f\u00fcllen (oder einfach einen kleinen Plastikbeutel benutzen, bei dem eine untere Ecke knapp abgeschnitten wird) und die Masse grossz\u00fcgig in die Erdbeeren f\u00fcllen, wobei die F\u00fcllung \u00fcber den Rand quellen sollte.
