Nach und nach die Prise Salz, Zitronenschale sowie das Ei zugeben und unterr\u00fchren. Dann das Weizenmehl einarbeiten und alles kurz und kr\u00e4ftig unterkneten. K\u00fchl stellen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Frangipanmasse Butter und Zucker schaumig r\u00fchren, bis die Butter sch\u00f6n weiss geworden ist. Unterr\u00fchren, dann nach und nach Eier, Mandeln und Rum zugeben. Wenn eine glatte Masse entstanden ist, den gekochten Vanillepudding unterziehen.<br \/>\nDen Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen. Eine Tarte-Form mit Butter d\u00fcnn auspinseln. Den M\u00fcrbeteig auf vier Millimeter ausrollen und bis an den Rand der Form auslegen. Mit einer Gabel L\u00f6cher in den Teig stechen. Die Frangipanmasse aufstreichen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen etwa 20 bis 25 Minuten backen. Teig und Frangipan sollten goldgelb sein.<br \/>\nNach dem Auskuehlen mit den Erdbeeren belegen. Den Tortenguss nach Vorschrift bereiten, d\u00fcnn auftragen und die<br \/>\nTarte kalt stellen. Der Guss wird schmackhafter, wenn man einen Teil<br \/>\nder Erdbeeren mit Zucker ansetzt und von dem gezogenen Saft etwas<br \/>\nfuer den Guss verwendet.
