Orangen- und Zitronenschale abziehen, zum Reis geben und auf den Punkt garen, zum Schluss mit Vanillezucker s\u00fc\u00dfen. Den Milchreis erkalten lassen und die Orangen- und Zitronenschalen entfernen, den Reis in breite Gl\u00e4ser abf\u00fcllen. Erdbeeren waschen, trocknen, Gr\u00fcn entfernen. Ein Viertel der Erdbeeren mit dem Mixer p\u00fcrieren, drei Viertel der Erdbeeren in St\u00fccke zerteilen und mit Bl\u00fctenhonig s\u00fc\u00dfen. Vom Rhabarber die F\u00e4den abziehen, in schr\u00e4ge St\u00fccke schneiden. Apfelsaft mit etwas Zucker, Zimtstange und Vanilleschoten aufkochen. Den Rhabarber darin bissfest garen, erkalten lassen, aus dem Fond nehmen.
