F\u00fcr den Grundteig die Sahne in eine R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel giessen. Den Becher<br \/>\naussp\u00fclen und abtrocknen.<br \/>\n2. Zucker abmessen, mit Vanillezucker und Eiern zur Sahne geben und verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\n3. Mehl, Backpulver, Salz und Zitronenschale unterr\u00fchren.<br \/>\n4.Den Teig auf ein gefettetes, bemehltes Blech streichen und bei 200Grad auf der mittleren Einschubleiste 10 Minuten backen.<br \/>\n5. F\u00fcr den Belag Rhabarber und Erdbeeren waschen und putzen. Rhabarber in St\u00fccke schneiden, Erdbeeren vierteln.<br \/>\n6. Die Eier Trennen. Eigelb und Zucker schaumig r\u00fchren. Eiweiss steif<br \/>\nschlagen und unterziehen.<br \/>\n7. Die Eimasse auf den warmen Kuchen streichen.<br \/>\n8. Die Fr\u00fcchte darauf verteilen.<br \/>\n9.
