Fleisch mit der restlichen Marinade bestreichen, zugedeckt im K\u00fchlschrank ca. 4 Stunden marinieren. Backblech in der unteren H\u00e4lfte des auf 220 Grad vorgeheizten Ofens heiss werden lassen. Marinade vom Fleisch<br \/>\nabstreifen, Fleisch w\u00fcrzen. Fleisch auf das heisse Blech (Mitte) legen, beidseitig je ca. 10 Minuten anbraten. Hitze auf 180 Grad reduzieren, ca. 30 Minuten braten. Fleisch wenden.<br \/>\nKartoffeln und Schalotten mit der beiseite gestellten Marinade mischen, auf eine Blechh\u00e4lfte neben das Fleisch geben, ca. 30 Minuten weiterbraten.<br \/>\nRhabarber mit Wasser, Honig und Peperoncino mischen, auf die freie Blechh\u00e4lfte verteilen, ca. 15 Minuten fertig braten. Ofen ausschalten, Braten herausnehmen, vor dem Tranchieren zugedeckt ca. 10 Minuten ruhen lassen. Kartoffeln, Schalotten und Rhabarber bis zum Servieren im ausgeschalteten Ofen warm stellen.<br \/>\nFleisch in Tranchen schneiden, Rhabarber darauf, Kartoffeln und Schalotten daneben anrichten.
