Von den Spargelstangen die holzigen Enden abbrechen. Die Stangen l\u00e4ngs in d\u00fcnne Streifen schneiden. Gro e Zuckerschoten halbieren, kleine ganz lassen.<br \/>\n2. Die rote Chilischote fein hacken.<br \/>\n3. Einen Wok aufheizen, erst danach das Sesam\u00f6l hineingeben.<br \/>\n4. Die Garnelen und Spargelstreifen hinzuf\u00fcgen, kurz and\u00fcnsten, dann die gr\u00fcne Currypaste hinzu und kurz pfannenr\u00fchren.<br \/>\n5. Kokosmilch dazugie\u00dfen, die Zuckerschoten hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles gut vermischen. Zum Kochen bringen und einige Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<br \/>\n6. Nach Geschmack mit etwas Sojasauce abschmecken. Die Limette auspressen und den Saft zu dem Curry geben.<br \/>\n7.
