Den Spargel waschen und abtropfen lassen. Den Backofen auf 180\u00b0C (Umluft) vorheizen. DIN-A4-grosse B\u00f6gen Alufolie zurechtschneiden. Die Rosmarinnadeln darauf verteilen. Jeweils eine Portion Spargel darauflegen. Oliven und getrocknete Tomaten dar\u00fcber geben und grossz\u00fcgig mit Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln. Mit<br \/>\nMeersalz w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nDie Alufolie so zusammenfalten, dass sie aromadicht verschlossen ist. Die P\u00e4ckchen im vorgeheizten Ofen sechszehn bis achtzehn Minuten schmoren.<br \/>\nW\u00e4hrenddessen den Rucola verlesen, dabei die harten Stiele grossz\u00fcgig abschneiden. Rucola waschen und gr\u00fcndlich trocken sch\u00fctteln. Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und nach und nach die Rucolabl\u00e4tter darin frittieren. Auf K\u00fcchenpapier gut abtropfen lassen und mit etwas Salz w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nDen Spargel aus dem Ofen nehmen, auf Platten setzen, die Alufolie \u00f6ffnen und, falls n\u00f6tig, mit etwas Meersalz abschmecken.
