Den Spargel schr\u00e4g in 1 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden und 2 Minuten in kochendem Salzwasser blanchieren. Danach abschrecken! Die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln in schmale Ringe schneiden und in Butter 3 Minuten d\u00fcnsten, abschmecken und ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nR\u00e4ucherlachs in schmale Streifen schneiden und mit dem Spargel, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln mischen. Die mit Eiern vermischte Creme fraiche, Salz, Pfeffer und Cayennepfeffer dazugeben.<br \/>\nEine gefettete Form mit dem ausgerollten Teig belegen und die Lachs- Spargel-F\u00fcllung
