Die Tomaten p\u00fcrieren, hinzuf\u00fcgen und etwa dreissig Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Nach zwanzig Minuten Knoblauch, Basilikum und etwas Oregano hinzuf\u00fcgen. Am Ende der Garzeit Knoblauch und Basilikum wieder entfernen. Die Sauce<br \/>\np\u00fcrieren, das restliche Oliven\u00f6l unterr\u00fchren und mit Salz und Cayennepfeffer abschmecken.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr den Ricottateig Ricotta, Oliven\u00f6l, Milch, Oregano,Cayennepfeffer und Salz verr\u00fchren. Mehl und Backpulver dazusieben und alle Zutaten zu einem geschmeidigen Teig verkneten. Falls n\u00f6tig noch etwas Milch (oder Wasser) oder Mehl hinzuf\u00fcgen. Den Teig in Frischhaltefolie wickeln und bei Zimmertemperatur f\u00fcnfzehn Minuten ruhen lassen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr den Belag die Cocktailtomaten waschen und in Spalten schneiden. Den Spargel waschen, im unteren Drittel sch\u00e4len und die holzigen Enden entfernen. Den Spargel schr\u00e4g in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Spargelscheiben in Salzwasser blanchieren, in Eiswasser abschrecken und auf einem Sieb abtropfen lassen. Die Garnelen bis auf das Schwanzst\u00fcck sch\u00e4len, am R\u00fccken entlang einschneiden und den Darm entfernen. Die Garnelen waschen und trockentupfen.<br \/>\nDen Backofen auf 220\u00b0C vorheizen, dabei einen Pizzastein in den Ofen legen.<br \/>\nZum Fertigstellen den Teig auf der bemehlten Arbeitsflaeche zu d\u00fcnnen, runden Fladen von etwa zwanzig cm Durchmesser ausrollen und auf Backpapier legen, dabei einen leicht erh\u00f6hten Rand formen. Mit Tomatensauce bestreichen, den Rand dabei frei lassen. Die Pizzen mit dem Backpapier auf den Pizzastein setzen und im Ofen<br \/>\nzw\u00f6lf Minuten backen, bis die Unterseite hell gebr\u00e4unt ist.<br \/>\nIn der Zwischenzeit den Spargel mit den Cocktailtomaten und den Oliven in wenig Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Die Garnelen in einer Pfanne im restlichen Oliven\u00f6l bei milder Hitze zwei bis drei Minuten anbraten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Knoblauch, Ingwer und Zitronenschale hinzuf\u00fcgen und die Butter<br \/>\nunterr\u00fchren, mit Cayennepfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Die Garnelen kurz in der Pfanne schwenken. Knoblauch, Ingwer und Zitronenschale wieder entfernen.
