Teig zu einem Kreis von 30 cm Durchmesser ausrollen, in eine gefettete Backform (z.B. Springform mit 24 cm Durchmesser) legen, den Rand leicht andr\u00fccken.<br \/>\n2. Wei\u00dfen Spargel sch\u00e4len, die Enden abschneiden. Gr\u00fcnen Spargel am unteren Drittel sch\u00e4len, Enden abschneiden. Spargel in ca. 3 cm lange St\u00fccke schneiden. Cocktailtomaten in H\u00e4lften und den Schinken in grobe Streifen schneiden.<br \/>\n3. Schinken auf den Teigboden geben. Beutelinhalt Knorr Spargel- Quiche Fix mit 100 ml  kaltem Wasser und Eiern verr\u00fchren. Spargel und Tomaten zuf\u00fcgen und gut vermischen. Masse auf den Schinken geben. Ziegenfrischk\u00e4se grob zerpfl\u00fccken und dar\u00fcber geben.
