Spargel schr\u00e4g in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. In einem Wok &#8211; oder in einer tiefen Pfanne &#8211; zuerst mit etwas \u00d6l den weissen Spargel anbraten, dann den gr\u00fcnen Spargel dazugeben und mit anbraten, mit Kokosmilch abl\u00f6schen und mit einem Schuss Zitronensaft und etwas Salz, Zucker und Zitronenpfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Leicht eink\u00f6cheln lassen, etwa f\u00fcnf bis sechs Minuten. In der Zwischenzeit die H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilets in die Kokosraspel wenden, leicht andr\u00fccken und in einer Pfanne mit nicht zu heissem<br \/>\nButterschmalz langsam braten.<br \/>\nZum Schluss die Erdbeeren &#8211; je nach Gr\u00f6sse halbiert oder geviertelt zum Spargelgem\u00fcse geben und das Ganze kurz durchschwenken.
