Zwiebel hacken und im hei\u00dfen Fett glasig d\u00fcnsten, den Kohl dazugeben und  Br\u00fche zugie\u00dfen. Zugedeckt bei geringer Hitze eine gute Stunde weichd\u00fcnsten. Nach 40 Minuten die D\u00f6rr\u00e4pfel samt etwas Sud zuf\u00fcgen.
