Kohlbl\u00e4tter waschen, abtropfen, hacken. Zwiebel abziehen, hacken. Alles im Fett in einem gro\u00dfen Topf  anschmoren. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Piment und Muskat w\u00fcrzen. Br\u00fche angie\u00dfen, Gem\u00fcse 55 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze k\u00f6cheln. Mit Zucker abschmecken.<br \/>\nDas Fleisch in vier Scheiben schneiden, auf den Gr\u00fcnkohl legen. Gem\u00fcse noch etwa 20 Minuten leise k\u00f6cheln.<br \/>\nInzwischen Paprikaschote halbieren, waschen, putzen, w\u00fcrfeln. Zwiebel abziehen, fein w\u00fcrfeln. Mit Paprikast\u00fcckchen in hei\u00dfer Butter 5 Minuten d\u00fcnsten.<br \/>\nDas Brot w\u00fcrfeln und mit Milch \u00fcbergie\u00dfen. Paprika- und  Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel und die Eier zugeben, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Einen Teig kneten, daraus 8 Kn\u00f6del formen, in siedendem Salzwasser  20 Minuten gar ziehen lassen.<br \/>\nDie Sahne steif schlagen und Meerrettich unterheben.
