Kohl in Streifen und Lauchzwiebeln in St\u00fccke schneiden. Wurst in Scheiben schneiden und halbieren. Radieschen in Stifte schneiden.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die So\u00dfe Butter schmelzen und das Mehl darin unter R\u00fchren anschwitzen. Mit Br\u00fche und Sahne abl\u00f6schen. Unter R\u00fchren aufkochen und ca. 5 Minuten bei schwache Hitze k\u00f6cheln lassen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer und Senf abschmecken.<br \/>\n1 Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Wurst darin anbraten, herausnehmen. 1 Essl\u00f6ffel \u00d6l im Bratfett erhitzen. Chinakohl und Lauchzwiebeln darin ca. 5 Minuten anbraten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Wurst wieder zuf\u00fcgen. So\u00dfe zugie\u00dfen und aufkochen lassen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzig abschmecken. Mit Radieschen bestreut servieren.
