Die restlichen Aprikosen vierteln. Gelatine in reichlich kaltem Wasser einweichen. Die gekochten Aprikosen mit dem Zerkleinerungsstab p\u00fcrieren, die eingeweichte, gut ausgedr\u00fcckte<br \/>\nGelatine unter R\u00fchren in dem hei\u00dfen Aprikosenp\u00fcree aufl\u00f6sen, die Aprikosenviertel und Lik\u00f6r untermischen. Die Gr\u00fctze in eine Glassch\u00fcssel f\u00fcllen und kalt stellen.<br \/>\nSahne steif schlagen, nach und nach Zimt und Zucker hinzuf\u00fcgen.
