Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Aus der Masse 16 kleine Hackb\u00e4llchen formen. Reis nach Packungsangabe zubereiten. In der Zwischenzeit \u00d6l (nach Belieben mit Sesam\u00f6l gemischt) in einem Wok oder in einer beschichteten Pfanne erhitzen. Hackb\u00e4llchen portionsweise 5 &#8211; 7 Minuten von allen Seiten braten, anschlie\u00dfend aus der Pfanne nehmen und warm stellen. M\u00f6hren ins Bratfett geben, and\u00fcnsten und mit etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche etwa 3 Minuten bissfest d\u00fcnsten.
