Die Zwiebeln fein hacken. Aus Salz, Pfeffer, etwas gemahlenem K\u00fcmmel, Zitronenabrieb und Majoran eine Gew\u00fcrzmischung herstellen. Das Fleisch damit w\u00fcrzen.
