Beiseite stellen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Marinade Sojasauce, Knoblauch, Koriander, Limettensaft, Zucker sowie 1\/3 vom \u00d6l in eine grosse Sch\u00fcssel geben und sorgf\u00e4ltig verquirlen. Die Garnelen in der Mischung wenden und abgedeckt im K\u00fchlschrank 1 Stunde marinieren.<br \/>\nDen Grill auf h\u00f6chster Stufe anheizen.<br \/>\nDie Garnelen abtropfen lassen. Sollen sie auf Zitronengrasstielen gegrillt werden, zuerst mit Metallspiessen ein Loch in die Garnelen stechen. Jeweils 2 Garnelen auf einen Stiel oder einen Bambusspiess ziehen.<br \/>\nWenn der Grill bereit ist, den Grillrost \u00f6len. Die Sates auf den heissen Rost legen und unter Wenden mit der Grillzange von jeder Seite ca. 2 Minuten grillen, bis sie aussen appetitlich gebr\u00e4unt und innen fest und rosa sind.
