Das H\u00e4hnchen h\u00e4uten, Fleisch von den Knochen l\u00f6sen und in W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Zum Reis geben. Die Zwiebeln w\u00fcrfeln und mit dem Curry, Essig und ..Reis verr\u00fchren. \u00dcber die Reis-Gefl\u00fcgelzutaten geben und durchschwenken. Zugedeckt 30 Minuten stehen lassen. Staudensellerie putzen und im kochenden Salzwasser kurz blanchieren und in feine Streifen schneiden. Abgek\u00fchlt zum Salat geben. Die Gew\u00fcrzgurke in Streifen schneiden und ebenfalls mit dem Paprika zum Salat geben. Die Mayonnaise mit der Creme fraiche und etwas Pfeffer verr\u00fchren und den Salat damit anmachen. Abschmecken, eventuell nachw\u00fcrzen.
