Dann wieder \u00d6l erhitzen, Porree und Ingwer hineingeben, das Fleisch dazugeben und von allen Seiten anbraten. Wei\u00dfwein, Sojaso\u00dfe, Glutamat, Pfeffer, Salz nacheinander dazugeben. Das Gem\u00fcse mit den Pilzen (nach \u00fcberbr\u00fchen kalt abwaschen) zusammen in die Pfanne, dann der Spinat, alles gut vermengen und durchr\u00fchren, zum Schlu\u00df das Ei wieder zugeben.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr dieses Gericht wird entweder alles in Scheiben oder Streifen geschnitten;
