Pfirsiche abgie\u00dfen und in Spalten schneiden. Reis-Gehacktes-Mischung und Pfirsichspalten abwechselnd in eine Auflaufform schichten (als letzte Schicht Pfirsiche). Churryketchup, Sahne und Pfirsichsaft aufkochen, gut verr\u00fchren und \u00fcber den Auflauf ca. 20 Minuten bei 200 Grad Celsius im Ofen backen.
