Champignons<br \/>\n1 Dose Mais<br \/>\n4-6 grosse  Kartoffeln <br \/>\n<em>F\u00fcr die So\u00dfe:<\/em><br \/>\n8-10 Knoblauchzehen <br \/>\n1\/2 Tasse Datteln<br \/>\n1\/2 Tasse Rosinen  <br \/>\nIngwer<br \/>\n1 Chili<br \/>\n2-4 EL Honig<br \/>\n1 Becher Joghurt, natur <br \/>\n1 Becher Creme Fraiche  <br \/>\n\u00d6l <br \/>\nKoriander<br \/>\nCurry<br \/>\nPfeffer<br \/>\nSalz<br \/>\nNelken<br \/>\n<em>Zum \u00dcberbacken:<\/em><br \/>\nGen\u00fcgend K\u00e4se<\/p>\n<p><b>Zubereitung <\/b><br \/> <em>Grundmasse:<\/em> Zwiebeln glasig werden lassen, Champignons, Paprika, Bohnen und Mais dazu und vor sich hind\u00fcnsten lassen. Etwas salzen. Kartoffeln nicht zu weich kochen.<br \/>\n<em>So\u00dfe:<\/em> Die festen Zutaten ordentlich klein machen (am besten Moulinette), bis auf 4-5 Knoblauchzehen. Das ganze halbe-halbe mit dem Honig, Oliven\u00f6l und z.B. Mais- oder Sonnenblumenkern\u00f6l zu einer cremigen Paste verr\u00fchren und scharf w\u00fcrzen. Dann mit Joghurt und Creme Fraiche verr\u00fchren. \u00dcbrige Knoblauchzehen hineingeben. Ein letztes Abschmecken mit den Gew\u00fcrzen. Wenn die So\u00dfe zu dick geworden ist, mit etwas Milch oder Sahne giessf\u00e4hig machen. Ziehen lassen.<br \/>\nKartoffeln in Scheiben schneiden und den Boden der Auflaufform bedecken. Dann eine Schicht Gem\u00fcse dar\u00fcber verteilen, dann mit der So\u00dfe \u00fcbergie\u00dfen. Wieder eine Schicht Kartoffeln, wieder Gem\u00fcse, wieder So\u00dfe, bis die Form voll ist.
