Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und geviertelte Zwiebeln und Kartoffelw\u00fcrfel darin anbraten, die Br\u00fche dazu und 15 min. mit geschlossenem Deckel garen. Dann ohne Deckel weiter, die Paprika in 3 cm gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel schneiden, zu den Kartoffeln geben. Nach 5 Minuten die in 3 cm gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel geschnittene Tomaten dazu geben. Ebenso den Thymian. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten das Gem\u00fcse in eine gro\u00dfe Sch\u00fcssel umf\u00fcllen. Den Knoblauch auf einer feinen Reibe \u00fcber den Salat reiben (der Knoblauch kann auch mitgegart werden, dann ist er nicht so intensiv, am besten mit den Tomaten dazugeben). Den Kartoffelsalat mit Balsamico und Insantbr\u00fchepulver abschmecken!
