Die Milch mit der H\u00e4lfte des Zuckers aufkochen. Das Puddingpulver mit etwas Milch anr\u00fchren. In die kochende Milch einr\u00fchren, 1-2 Min. kochen lassen, danach vom Feuer nehmen. Abk\u00fchlen lassen, dabei aber immer mit einem Schneebesen umr\u00fchren. Die Sahne mit dem restlichen Zucker sehr steifschlagen. Die H\u00e4lfte davon mit dem Eierlik\u00f6r verr\u00fchren und unter den Vanillepudding schlagen. Die restliche Sahne in einem Spritzbeutel mit mittelgro\u00dfer Sternt\u00fclle f\u00fcllen. 2 gro\u00dfe oder 4 kleine Gl\u00e4ser schichtweise mit Creme und Fruchtcocktail f\u00fcllen.
