In ein Sieb abgie\u00dfen und gr\u00fcndlich abtropfen lassen. Die Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Paprika halbieren, von Samen und Scheidew\u00e4nden befreien, waschen und in Streifen schneiden. Tomate \u00fcberbr\u00fchen, h\u00e4uten, entkernen und w\u00fcrfeln. Brustfilets in grobe St\u00fccke schneiden. Den Knoblauch sch\u00e4len. Das \u00d6l in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne erhitzen, die H\u00e4hnchenst\u00fccke zugeben und 5 Minuten anbraten. Knoblauch dazupressen und das Fleisch mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika w\u00fcrzen. Aus der Pfanne nehmen und warm stellen. Die Butter in der Pfanne schmelzen. Zwiebeln und Paprikastreifen zugeben und bei milder Hitze 5 Minuten anbraten. Den Reis und die Tomatenw\u00fcrfel zuf\u00fcgen und mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprikapulver abschmecken. Die Brustfilets darauflegen, Deckel schlie\u00dfen und bei milder Hitze 10 Minuten garen.
