Die Zwiebel und die Knoblauchzehe kleinschneiden, dazugeben und d\u00fcnsten, bis die Zwiebelw\u00fcrfel glasig sind. Mit der Fleischbr\u00fche auff\u00fcllen und das Ganze zum Kochen bringen. Das Sauerkraut sowie das kleingew\u00fcrfelte Kasseler hinzugeben und die Suppe zugedeckt etwa 30 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Die Paprikaschote waschen, putzen und die Kerne sowie die wei\u00dfen Innenteile entfernen. Die Schote in feine Streifen schneiden, zur Suppe geben und das Ganze mit Paprikapulver, Tabasco und Salz abschmecken. Die Kabanossi in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden, zuf\u00fcgen und bei schwacher Hitze in der Suppe 15 Minuten ziehen lassen.
