Die gr\u00fcne Schote in dicke Ringe schneiden, dabei Kerne und wei\u00dfe H\u00e4utchen entfernen und die gelbe Paprikaschote in d\u00fcnne Ringe schneiden. Ebenfalls Kerne und H\u00e4utchen entfernen. Die Koteletts aus der Folie l\u00f6sen und auf einen gro\u00dfen Teller legen. Die Gurken f\u00e4cherartig schneiden. Die gr\u00fcnen Paprikaringe auf die Koteletts legen und in jeden Ring 1 TL Relish geben.
