Das \u00d6l erhitzen und die Zwiebelringe darin unter h\u00e4ufigem Umr\u00fchren goldgelb anbraten. Dann die H\u00fchner- und Rindfleischbr\u00fche zugie\u00dfen und etwa 15 Min. k\u00f6cheln lassen. Tatar mit Bratwurstmasse, Zwiebel und Knoblauchsalz, Curry und Petersilie vermischen. Aus dem Teig nu\u00dfgro\u00dfe Kugeln formen, in die Suppe geben und ca. 10 Minuten darin ziehen lassen.
